Don't "Lose" Out On Anna's New Track

Anna Silvers is all set for her latest release with her brand new single 'Lose'. This track features the musical stylings of Dave Minor (bass), Haiven Sellers (strings) and Heimir (piano). The track was mixed by Joe Sage and mastered by Stephen Kerrison with album artwork by Liam Russell and Sorrell Kerrison.

'Lose' was originally written by Anna as an acoustic piano ballad and focuses on the fears one may face in a relationship of getting hurt and losing the person you are with by fully opening up to them. Gradually, Anna developed the chorus of the track to convert it into a funky pop ballad and explains why...

"I wanted the track to show the hardship people may face in relationships whilst sending out a positive and uplifting feeling! When you are facing fears in a relationship it can be difficult to function as you usually would. I wanted to remind people (with the feel of the track) that it is ok to feel this way whilst also still enjoying life and focusing on yourself!

Although it's hard to see at times, just know, if your heart is good and you stay true to the person you are, it will all be ok in the end. There are some things we will simply never be able to change. However, one thing we can rely on is our core and with it we can alter our mindset and surroundings, even if it starts with a baby step. This is what I wanted to reflect in the song. I hope people can enjoy 'Lose' to its fullest and use it as a release if needed!"

'Lose' has recently been announced as 'Record of The Week' by BBC Shropshire Introducing, hosted by the fantastic Michaela Wylde.
